Spinach Egg Muffins with Cheese
10 large eggs
2 cups chopped spinach
1.5 cups shredded white cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 12 count muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large measuring cup or mixing bowl, crack in eggs and whisk together with Crisp Morning (use as much as you'd like!) Stir in spinach and cheese. Divide evenly into muffin cups filling each about 2/3 full.
3. Sprinkle more cheese and seasoning if desired. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
